This short series was photographed on 35mm film during a trip to Venice, Italy with my BA Photography classmates and lecturer during November of 2019.
The trip happened to take place a week after Italian authorities declared a state of emergency in the city as it became engulfed by high water levels - the highest tides recorded since the 1960s.
